I am working on creating an eBook for a Children's Picture book. I am using InDesign. I want the pages to look like they look in (Adobe InDesign). So text, etc. needs to be formatted with the pictures. Is this something I can do? The idea is for kids to be able to flip through the book as if they were looking at the book in paper format (flip-through it).

I followed the directions for exporting the .pdf into the kindle. When I disconnected the kindle from the computer, I couldn't find the documents I had put on the Kindle. So I decided to try again. When I tried to export the .pdf again, I got a message that said that the file already existed on the Kindle, did I want to replace it?

It's already there...but seems to not be showing up in the menus on the kindle. The only thing that is showing up on my first generation Kindle is the User's guide. I've tried "Show All" "Show Most Recent" and Refresh list of items.

Have ipod touch 3.0. Have downloaded Stanza via itunes and Stanza Desktop, no problem.

But cannot find anyone in the Stanza library list that has the book I want, Trafalgar 200 Through the Lens. It is on mobipocket

Have loaded the book preview from Mobipocket to my mac, it is a .prc file. But when I try to open it from Stanza Desktop, it says cannot be opened as locked.

Does Stanza support abobe ebook with drm protection yet? Or not?
I was just about to buy a book in adobe ebook format after google searching and finding loads of news articles saying adobe ebooks were supported by Stanza:

Hi, I'm having a small problem with stanza on my iPod.

It inserts a line break at every full stop, its not a big problem but throws off the flow of reading.

For example, when reading a book with peoples names it breaks after the Mr. or Mrs., so

"I ran to the back of the shop and found Mr. Jones there"

reads as

"I ran to the back of the shop and found Mr.

Jones there"

Is there anyway to fix this? I've tried using Calibre and converting to EPUB but that just removes the Mr./Mrs.

Really like Stanza, really like the catalog access to Project Gutenberg. Is the organization that I see-- e.g., alphabetical authors listing-- something that Lexcycle has set up or that PG is in control of?

I'm asking because searching by alphabet for authors is truly cumbersome... my example is Foster... if one taps on the F, one has to scroll through screen after screen (many authors have last names that begin with F) before one gets to Foster! In fact, F has 898 authors as of this morning May 31, 2009.
