I'm using Stanza to put documents onto my ipod touch as well. This is what it looks like when I add it by "New From Clipboard", using the first question in the FAQs (The quotation marks I added).

What sort of content can I read with Stanza?
So I got an ipod touch, and the first thing I did was download stanza, and to my dismay, I found out that you cannot transfer books via the dock, and that it has to be through a wireless connection (according to the FAQs).
I have no wireless connection.
So let's say that I was going to buy a wireless card for my desktop (windows vista). How would I go about buying it, and how do I install it? Is this basically making a wifi connection in your house?
I'd love to see a port of this to the Nintendo DS (ARM chip). In portrait mode, with dual screen and touch, it would be an awesome reader for the platform. Any chances of this happening at some point?

When I go to the non-mobile site to try to use its bookshelf, which has the PC link, I get redirected back to the mobile version.
