Project Gutenberg Error 404

When I try to download Guy De Maupassant's "Bel Ami" from the Project Gutenberg catalog from my iPhone, I get the following error - "Failed to download and import "Bel Ami": Error: 404

I have successfully downloaded books before. I dont think this is a Stanza issue, but a "server not found" issue on the Gutenberg side. I am posting here to see if anyone browing through this forum can help!

Thanks!

Access to epub files with images from project Gutenberg on ipod ?

Hello,

first of all, congratulation for the Stanza app for iphone : i've just found it out and it looks like very interesting, especially since it provides access to non-english Project Gutenberg books.

One question regarding the features: I want to read the following book from the project Gutenberg (http://www.gutenberg.org/etext/25097). It is available in epub both without and with the images. When downloaded on the ipod (with OS 3.0), it looks like only the imageless version is stored. Is there a way to force the download of the image-embedded version of the epub book ?

Project Gutenberg catalog searching needs to be improved!

Really like Stanza, really like the catalog access to Project Gutenberg. Is the organization that I see-- e.g., alphabetical authors listing-- something that Lexcycle has set up or that PG is in control of?

I'm asking because searching by alphabet for authors is truly cumbersome... my example is Foster... if one taps on the F, one has to scroll through screen after screen (many authors have last names that begin with F) before one gets to Foster! In fact, F has 898 authors as of this morning May 31, 2009.

Formatting in books from Project Gutenberg

I got Stanza for my iPhone mainly to read books from Project Gutenberg. The versions available for download via the phone seem to be the .txt files, complete with formatting like _italics_ instead of italics. Which seems a pity and is a mild irritation.

I have no idea how easy it would be to provide versions with proper italics instead, but I just thought I'd flag it up as something that would improve my experience of using the app.

Great application, though.
