It sounds like you are

It sounds like you are currently in a book. If you tap the center of the book, and then tap the arrow in the upper-left corner to back out of the library, and then tap the "Online Catalog" button, you should be able to get to the catalog.

Thanks a million

I know I sound like the dolt of the year, but having never been 'in a book'...I didn't know I was! I guess you can tell I haven't had much experience with this yet.
You have solved my frustration. Onward and Upward!

I have same problem

I can't get into online catalog It says secure catalog and asks for username password.

I am not quite sure what you

I am not quite sure what you are describing. You launch Stanza on your iPhone. Then you tap the menu item "Online Catalog". When you do that, can you describe exactly what you see? I don't know what you mean by "info page for stanza" so I am having a hard time understanding. For instance, does the screen go blank, and then Safari launches to a web page for Lexcycle? Does this all happen within Stanza?

Access

When i tap Online Catalog it displays Secure Catalog with a login prompt. this is within Stanza app not a web page. Safari works fine. This is using wi-fi betwork connection.

If I using 3G network then Stanza works. I have the correct credentials for the wi-fi as Safari works fine using wi-fi or 3G.

I would like to be able to use use 3G .

This means that there is some

This means that there is some kind of proxy or restriction on the wifi network you are connecting to that is preventing you from connecting to the internet to browse the catalog. Are you using a public wifi network or a network at you school or at work? If so, you will need to log into that network with whatever username and password you would normally use to connect to the internet on your iPhone with that network. If you don't normally have to log into the network you are connected to, then there might be some other thing on your network that is preventing the connection.

Oh yeah

Oh yeah.

Thats right

after i click on online catalog the next screen says says Secure Catalog and has a username and password login prompts

That's pretty weird. It

That's pretty weird. It sounds like there might be something going on with your internet connection. Can you launch Safari, and then try to go to www.lexcycle.com? What happens when you do that?

Are you saying that when you

Are you saying that when you launch Stanza iPhone and tap the menu item labelled "Online Catalog", it asks for a password?

What I'm saying is when I’m touching the Online Catalog

What I'm saying is when I’m touching the Online Catalog it immediately comes up with secure catalog - asking for username and password. I was able to get into catalogs and choose add web page when I first started it up and it said no internet connection. This has me wondering if it's a secure network connection that's the problem. I am using an IPOD touch and am at work on a secured network.

I GOT IT!! It's the password of the network you are trying to connect to!!!! Thanks Hope this helps others!!!!!!
