Problem changing pages in iPhone App

I really like the Stanza app except for one thing. I frequency tap close enough to the center to activate the menu, instead of the page change. Is there some way to make this less sensitive. WHen I am deep in a book, I don't always remember to hug the corners.

If not, I would vote for either:

1) Make a different gesture for the menu (drag instead of tap, double-tap)
2) Force the tap to be in the middle of the screen, rather then just the top or bottom.

Thanks, Michael

I did not know that. I prefer

I did not know that. I prefer a tap, but I will switch to a swipe to keep it from bringing up the menu.

Thanks a ton.

Michael

Another thing I thought of

Another thing I thought of that might help: you can change the Tap Zones behavior in the Book Settings so that tapping on either side of the phone's screen will move forward a page. If you change both Tap Zones to move forward a page, you won't have to reach your thumb or finger all the way across the screen to tap to turn the page, and you'll maximize the space on the screen that is used to move the page forward.

You can always swipe to turn

You can always swipe to turn pages. Have you tried that?
