i installed the stanza desktop and it is can create new books, cay you tell me how can i upload this books to my itouch without WIFI?
my os is windows Vista and my itouch is 2G.

I belive you've solved your problems already. The information that was given must have helped. i have nothing to add except one thing. I like to read and to listen to books a lot. And I found a very nice site. It is a files search engine http://rapid4me.com . There are millions of interesting books there. Hope you'll like it and it will help to enrich your collection.
