Medata problems with prc/mobi formats

I use an EZ Reader (which is the same hardware as a Hanlin V3), which won't display a file's title if one of the fields is "unkown". I'm trying to use Stanza to edit the Metadata (command-i), but after I change it, it seems to be overwritten back to "unkown".

Here's a screenshot. You can see I've tried editing the Author metadata multiple times, but it keeps getting overwritten to "Unknown". I'm using prc/mobi format on Mac OS X

no drm mobi file can be opened in kindle but not in stanza

Hello

I have a dictionary (it seems not drm protected) which I can open with the mobipocket
and as I just tried out with the kindle app for the ipod touch.

However when I try to download it I obtain

operation culd not be completed webkiterrordomain error 204

I changed the extension from mobi to prc (not sure whether this makes sense) but then I obtain

failed to download and import... unable to translate...

Stanza doesn't yet support

Stanza doesn't yet support built-in dictionaries. You might be able to transform the book into one of Stanza's supported formats (ePub or eReader) by opening it with Stanza Desktop and sharing it with Stanza iPhone, but then it would just read like a book, and wouldn't provide any dictionary lookup functions.
