Frequent crashes during download attempts on iphone 3G 2.2

Hi...First of all, this app is probably one of the most exciting thing for me on an iphone!
I've just found stanza today after being frustrated with the limited selection in the Classic app I bought much earlier. However, I have not successfully downloaded a single book frm project Gutenberg nor Feedbooks. Is there anyone else having the same problem? The app would simply quit to the home screen a short while after I clicked the 'download' button.

I've tried redownloading->reinstalling->restarting the iphone3G (firmware 2.2) but I still face the same crashes while downloading. I have no problems downloading from Fictionwise & Harlequin catalogues though.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Sam

Download for MAC not working

I have downloaded Stanza three times, followed the directions provided, and when I clicked the icon to open it a blank white page was the only thing that showed up! Please help...

Actually, it's working

Actually, it's working perfectly. It is supposed to open with a blank screen:

To open a file, just go to File->Open.

I've found that the FAQ and forum posts on this website are really helpful (and searchable!), so you should be able to find many answers to your questions here.

This is now fixed! Thanks

This is now fixed! It was a problem with the catalog, not the software, so you won't need to reinstall or change anything on your iPhone.

Thanks to you both for pointing it out, and please let us know if you encounter the problem again.

By the way, in addition to offering an enormous selection of contemporary books and free classics, Stanza also lets you customize the font size, spacing, alignment, and many other text properties, which is something that Classics does not allow. Just tap in the center, then tap the gear icon to see all the different options for customizing your reading experience.

Same on a 2G iPod Touch -

Same on a 2G iPod Touch - Stanza crashes to the home screen when I try to download anything from Project Gutenburg, although the other providers work fine.

correction

Hmm...can't seem to find an edit button for my earlier post ..

Minor correction :-
The Feedboooks catalogue works fine/can be downloaded. So far I'm having problems with Munseys & Project Gutenberg.
