News Stanza for Mac still with bugs!

Hello,

I downloaded the new version hoping you really did fix the bugs. But the problems described here:

http://www.lexcycle.com/node/599

are still there:
1. stanza does not recognize russian fonts if opening rtf directly,
2. stanza does not recognize chapters/authr/title if opening from html files

I am a bit disapponited as the version I got first (that expired on th 6th) was working ok for html at least:(((((

When will you improve making bugs disappear on this topic?

Hi there. Thanks for letting us know about Russian still not working when importing rtf. We will look into this. Thanks for patience.

How are you specifying author and title in your html file? Let us know. Fortunately, you can now actually edit author and title information by going to View->Book Info, entering the info, saving as epub, and opening the new epub file.

I use mac - and I simply have

I use mac - and I simply have been saving rtf as html - and the formatting was in html so:
" the booktitle

chapters were marked as:

Глава 1

Nothing works any longer! no html, no rtf, no txt, nothing:(

I know I can change the meta data, this is fine, but I cannot divide into chapters - this is even more important.

As I tell you - the expired version was working pretty good with html at least- it was a workarounf but working perfectly! Please, look into it and help me to use stanza as normal beformy Xmas..

PS As I see the forum is turning the html markers I cannot show you how it was done. Emily please send me an email so I can send yoz the code bak, or even the whole bookfile. Thx

I tried also to open

I tried also to open documents previously saved as .doc - the new stanza realizes author and title but no chapters..

When opening "pure text" niether title nor chapters are realized..

Please, help!
I am so sorry I did not work out to transfer my rtf-books with the old version that worked:(((
