uploading Doc, TXT, or PDF from desktop to be read by Stanza on iPhone

Would there be a step by step description for someone 'new' on how to upload doc, pdf, txt document from your computer to your iPhone, to be then viewed using Stanza on your iPhone? Stanza home page says it's possible, just can't see an obvious way of doing it (lazy, maybe..?).

You first have to convert

You first have to convert these files to ePub format as the Stanza iPhone program cannot handle those formats directly. How to do it should be mentioned in the Stanza User Guide. I am not sure as I use Calibre to do all my conversions for me.
