non-ASCII characters in RTF

I try to load some German RTF files with German umlauts but Stanza (Mac) can't show all non-ASCII characters. Other apps like TextEdit.app have no problem with the RTFs.

We are aware of some problems with accents in RTF files. If you save the file as plain text (using UTF-8 encoding), and then open the text file using Stanza, the accents will usually show up correctly. If not, please let us know.

eReader format

With plain text it works fine. Bute there is another problem. If I export a book in eReader format (.pdb), all non-ASCII characters are not correct encoded. Please correct this. Thanks.
