Lame question

I have never used an ebook reader and was curious, are the page numbers consistent between the physical books as to the ebooks? In other words, is page 192 in the physical book, page 192 in the ebook? This is important to me if I am searching the text.

eBooks typically have "reflowable" text, so that the number of pages (and thus the page any particular text is located on) varies if you change the font size.
