I have .fb2 files and use FBReader to read them. It also shows pictures in a file. When I tried Stanza, it does not show the pictures. What can I do? I use Stanza on i-touch.
I'm having this problem too running Stanza Desktop on Mac OS X 10.5.8. I'm trying to convert PDFs that have a picture every other page or so onto my iPhone. When I open them (on the iPhone) after the conversion via the desktop, there is only the 'cover' image, all the other images are gone? Is there a place in Stanza Desktop to control conversion from PDF to epub (I'm guessing for some reason...perhaps to make smaller files it is stripping out my pictures.
Stanza on the iPhone/iTouch (I do not know about the desktop versions) is certainly capable of showing pictures embedded in an ePub file. If they are not showing for you then I suspect the problem is related to how the ePub file containing them was generated.
Error codes
What are error codes 500 and 502? I received these after attempting to download some books from Feedbooks, not all, just a few.

Use Calibre-it preserves
Use Calibre-it preserves images during conversion. Then load it into Stanza iPhone, and you should have all your images.
The desktop Stanza won't show
The desktop Stanza won't show the images, but the iPhone/iPod Touch version should show them fine.

Calibre shows the pictures
Calibre shows the pictures fine, but on my Iphone I can't see any of them...
