Got new iPhone, how do I get my books from my old iTouch onto new iPhone?

I just got a new iPhone and have books on my old iTouch that I would like to get onto my iPhone, I am in the middle of a really good book and now my daughter has my old iTouch and I never see it. How can those books be transferred, can I use the share books feature just like with the computer?

I think there is a way to use

I think there is a way to use the backup of the iPod to restore the iPhone, thus transferring your books (and everything else on the old iPod) to the new device.

Unfortunately there is

Unfortunately there is currently no way to get books off the iPhone/Itouch back into your computer so they can be transferred to another iPhone/iTouch. This is something a lot of people have asked for so whether it will appear in a future Stanza release I have no idea.
