e books from Waterstones.

I have recently downloaded Stanza (version1.9.1) on my I touch(Second Generation 3.1.2.) and(version 1.0.0 - beta 18 build *1/:413) on my Imac (10.6.1). I am considering buying an ebook from Waterstones.com. They say that the e books they sell are in the EPUB format secured with Adobe ADEPT Digital Rights Management. Would I be able to use Stanza on my I touch and desktop for such e books?

No - not at the moment

No - not at the moment because of the DRM protection.

There has been talk about adding support for the Adobe DRM but that has yet to materialise.
