pdf file transfer

OK i have seen a few threads about the problem that stanza has with the PDF format.
what i have done is this.
open stanza desktop>file>open file>**insert directory to PDF here**>clicked open.

now stanza loads the PDF, although it dose not show anything at all just the PDF name and author. so i uploaded regardless and it only shows the first page.
i see that some one responded to another question about it and saying that they need to copy the the PDF through the native PDF reader to clipboard, which i have done and then go to stanza desktop and go file> new from clipboard. now when i did that i got no images and no pages at all.
i decided to test this copy to clipboard crap out and went to office and just hit edit>paste and it just pasted the first page, not the rest of the book, so i think there is an issue with either the copying to clipboard of complete PDF OR stanza desktop not able to retrieve the PDF from clipboard. or there is something im doing wrong.

sny help will be appreciated

First, note that in all

First, note that in all cases, Stanza will remove images and formatting from PDFs. This is due to how we handle PDFs, and is discussed at http://www.lexcycle.com/faq/pdf_issues.

As for none of the pages getting in, I wonder if it is possible that the PDF itself doesn't allow text to be extracted. If you copy all the text in the PDF to the clipboard, and then paste it into Notepad.exe or TextEdit.app, do you see the text?
