PC Magazine: “Stanza is the best e-book reader for the iPhone, and my favorite.”

Okay, I have noticed some issues with file formats in Stanza Desktop.
1. PDF's dont seem to be working for me, even the most basic PDF won't open. Stanza just shows a blank page.
2. RTF's dont show apostrophes or quotation marks. FIX: Save it as plain text (.txt) which works.
3. Stanza Desktop will not recognize chapter breaks. Chapter 1: Alone (for example) will not be recognized. Neither will Chapter 1.
Any ideas?
There are some known issues
There are some known issues with accented characters in RTF files, and your workaround of first saving it as text is a good one. As for the chapter breaks, if you try just "Chapter 1", "Chapter 2", etc., and distribute them more-or-less evenly throughout the document, Stanza should pick them up.
As for the PDF, can you ensure that it actually contains text and not just images? Many PDFs are just a collection of images; you can identify them as such by trying to select text in Preview.app or Acrobat Reader.

I can confirm that the .pdf is full of text and not images.
