can not enable sharing

the os is vista home basic, intall itunes and Stanza ok, but can not enble sharing, note as "java.net.SocketException:Permission denied: listen failed". Looking for your soonest reply. Thanks a lot.

Do you have your firewall

Do you have your firewall enabled, or are you using an account with limited permissions? Those are usually the most common culprits.
