catalog error: time out

Hello Stanza team,

Stanza iPhone seems to be a really good application. However, Stanza desktop unfortunately isn't. I cannot transfer any book to my iphone. Here's what I did:
1. made sure that my pc and iphone are on the same wifi (I can ping my iphone)
2. made sure that all firewalls are turned off
3. started stanza desktop and loaded my ebook
4. enabled sharing (also anonymous)
5. started stanza on the iphone
6. clicked on shared books and saw the name of my pc
7. clicked on 'books on '
8. time out error message appears

That's it. Now that I've read every FAQ or support page available and tried everything I'm lost. Please help me!

I'm having the same trouble and have both 'enable sharing' and 'allow anonymous sharing' enabled... I don't see the sharing confirmation popup at all, searched high and low for them but no dice... any help would be greatly appreciated...

Did you try all of the troubleshooting steps at http://www.lexcycle.com/faq/troubleshooting_sharing? If you have confirmed that you have turned off all possible firewalls on your PC and router, is it possible you may not be seeing the sharing confirmation popup on your desktop? Try enabling anonymous sharing and see if that changes anything.
