I think that the problem the user is describing is that if you open multiple instances of Stanza rapidly, rather than it sharing all the ebooks under a single PC name it will literally show up to the iPod or iPhone as multiple PC's, each offering a single book for sharing. This is a longterm bug in the Stanza implementation for the PC, and has been commented on several times in the past.
You may be right. It is a known defect that Stanza Desktop sometimes launches multiple instances of itself. The only workaround to that behavior is to open new books using the File->Open menu of Stanza Desktop, rather than double-clicking the file itself.
If you don't want Stanza Desktop to show up in your list of shared books, you can always disable sharing (in the "Tools" menu of Stanza Desktop). Note that it is sometimes possible that an instance of Stanza Desktop is continuing to run even though you exited it (which is a known bug). In these cases, you can either end the process using the Task Manager, or else just reboot your PC.
