I bought The Beckham

I bought The Beckham Experience on Books on Board. I bought it on my pc and I can see it in "Your Bookshelf" on the iphone but I can't download it. It says "Download not available on this device". Why?

That's odd; it sounds like a

That's odd; it sounds like a problem with the BooksOnBoard catalog. Until they fix it, the best solution will be to download the book to your PC, and then load it in Stanza Desktop to share with your iPhone, as described at http://www.lexcycle.com/faq/how_to_get_books_onto_stanza_iphone.

I can't even open it on the

I can't even open it on the desktop Stanza. It's an ".epub" book. I get an error message saying " Can not load book. java.io.IOException: Pushback buffer overflow". Strange.....

Is the book protected with DRM? Note that Stanza currently only supports books protected with the eReader DRM; books protected with Adobe's ePub DRM are not yet supported.

if you log into

if you log into Fictionwise.com (or Stanza.Fictionwise.com, if that is where you purchased the book from) via your web browser and look at your Bookshelf, are you able to download the book to your PC? If so, then you can load the book into Stanza Desktop and share it with Stanza iPhone (following the instructions at faq.lexcycle.com). Otherwise, the book may have been "locked" by Fictionwise due to too many downloads. If that is the case, you can simply contact them at support@fictionwise.com to unlock the book.
