Stanza can't (or perhaps more accurately - won't) read DRM'ed eBooks. Whenever Stanza opens a file encrypted with DRM it reports it as locked. As I understand it, in order to read your existing eBooks (which you have paid for) on your iPhone, you have two choices - one legal and one possibly illegal.

The legal option first. (1)Install Kindle on your iPhone. (2)Get the Kindle PID (it won't tell you, you have to run a script). (3)Go back to where you obtained your eBooks and get new versions containing DRM for the PID of your iPhone. (4)Run the new PRC files through a script which will make them readable by Kindle. (6)Copy the files across to your iPhone and start reading. Here are the scripts.

The possibly illegal option. There are scripts such as MobiDeDRM.py available (go look at your favorite torrent site to find them) which will remove the DRM from your eBooks. You will need the PID from your Treo. Once you have removed the DRM, you can copy the eBooks to your iPhone and read them with Stanza.

Have fun :-)
