lock files

i'm trying to transfer my purchased ebooks from mobipocket, but i get a message (cannot open lock files) are there any solutions?

Stanza cannot currently open

Stanza cannot currently open Mobipocket files that have DRM (i.e., are "locked").

I have the same problem. And

I have the same problem. And the frustrating thing is that the Fictionwise.com customer service sucks. I even downloaded the eReader program and still could not get the file to open.
