How to convert pdb->epub

Hi,
I would like to create my own catalog as is described on http://www.lexcycle.com/developer. I successfully created a catalog and I'm able to download ebooks directly to my iPod touch.
The problem is that, I have not found a command line tool which would allow me to convert all my books from pdb to epub format via a script.
Is it possible to run stanza from the command line with some parameters to just convert pdb->epub format without mouse clicking?

Unfortunately, there is currently no way to run Stanza in "batch mode" to convert your files. They will need to be done on a one-off basis.
In the future we hope to have a better way to convert many files at once. In the meantime, you may want to explore other tools available on places like http://www.mobileread.com.
