Trouble downloading from gmail using Desktop version

This is my first time using Stanza. I follow the instructions on downloading an ePub document from gmail. Everything is working fine until I touch the "Scan and Download" link next to my attachment. At this point, nothing happens.

I am using the "View Gmail in Desktop" format. I have also tried "older version" but that doesn't help either.

The epub document I'm trying to read is a pdf that I converted using Stanza Windows Desktop. I am trying to download the document onto a first generation iPhone with the newest 3.0 OS.

What version of iPhoneOS are

What version of iPhoneOS are you using? We've heard reports that versions prior to 3.0 can have some problems using webmail in the embedded browser.

You could alternatively make an account at http://webmail.aol.com, which people have reported does work better.

Glad it worked! Also, box.net seems to be another good way to upload your books for downloading into Stanza.
