Well, setting aside the off-putting, crude four-letter word use... Stanza extracts and reads the text of PDFs and so can run into display problems. There's another thread about this and the Lexcycle folks mention e-mailing the PDF to yourself, but they note that the font size will be small.

iSilo (IIRC) and some other apps read PDFs, so you could look into them. I'll bet, though, that many of those apps, while permitting zooming in, end up with text spilling outside the viewing window rather than word wrapping. So YMMV with them, too!
