Hi there, just downloaded desktop version for my new Macbook. I have already found the answer to my first question: the annoying beeping noise every time you turn a page - using Command fixes that, or else clicking those impossibly small arrows at the bottom. My other questions are: 1. When you turn a book off and then re-open it, it re-opens at the first page, not the last viewed page as MobiPocket does. I would like it to open at the most recently viewed page. When I press the right arrow it goes to the page AFTER the one I have been reading, and I have to press the back arrow to get back to where I was. Is there an easier or better way to do this? 2. If I enter or exit full screen view, it doesn't remain on the page I am looking at. Can that be fixed? 3. I am getting older and like to view at a larger font. However every time I exit the program and re-open the book, the program doesn't remember my preferred font size. Can it be set to remember which font size I was using previously?
Thanks for reading.
There is currently a problem
There is currently a problem with remembering the last known position when you quit Stanza Desktop. However, if you first close the window (with CMD-w) before quitting Stanza, then it will usually remember the last known position in the book and restore it when it re-launches.
As for fonts, Stanza Desktop doesn't currently remember the active font size, but it should be easy to increase the font size using the keyboard shortcut CMD-= when you open a book.
