lets assume for a moment that the sony reader will accept the ePub format (which i am pretty sure will work). Can Stanza be used to push the file to the sony device? (I ask because sony's software is not compatable with MACs)
The calibre software from http://calibre.kovidgoyal.net/ is an open source eBook Library manager that can run on Windows. Mac and Linux. It has a user forum at http://www.mobileread.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=166. You will find many references in this forum to using Calibre in conjunction with iPhone/iPod versions of Stanza.
As well as doing the Library management of eBooks this software can also convert any book that is not DRM converted into any of the major eBook formats (including ePub and LRF which can be used on the Sony Reader devices.
The one thing that Calibre does not allow you to do that the Sony Software does is download books from the Sony store. However there are plenty of other sources for eBooks so this is not really an issue.
Try using Calibre
Try using Calibre instead.
