Read an E-book Week Results

Thank you to all who supported Read an E-Book Week (March 8 - 14). Over 33,000 different Stanza users visited the Read an E-Book Week catalog nearly 45,000 times. Those who visited the catalog had access to 32 new e-books for free for the week in addition to the more than 50,000 free e-books that are always available on Stanza.

For many people, this was their first e-book. I hope they enjoyed the experience like many first-time Stanza users. For you Stanza veterans, I hope you enjoyed some new and interesting books that hadn't been available before.

Many Kudos to Rita Toews and Steve Jordan for organizing and making Read an E-Book Week happen.

For a long time, we've been wanting to have 2-way book synchronization as part of Stanza Desktop. But we've simply not had time to implement it. So in the interim, we've written a very small and simple tool called the "Stanza Book Restore Tool", which will merely scan you iTunes backup folder(s) and try to identify which of those files are electronic books. When it finds those files, it copies them to a destination folder of your choosing
